Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2 Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3 The Customer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify Army IT within 48 hours of any visible damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.4 Army IT is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Returns and Refunds (CPA Compliance)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For electronic transactions, consumers may cancel within 7 days of receiving goods, subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goods being returned unused and in original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The consumer bearing return shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2 Defective Goods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty under the CPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If goods are defective within 6 months:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may request repair, replacement, or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Army IT reserves the right to inspect returned goods before processing claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.3 Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following may not be returned unless defective:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Special order items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-built systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened software or digital licenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Warranties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>9.1 Products may carry manufacturer warranties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.2 Warranty claims must follow manufacturer procedures where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.3 Damage caused by misuse, negligence, power surges, liquid damage, or unauthorised repair is not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
